Public Training Schedule
Course Registration & Payment Process
After receipt of course registration, students will be contacted by an AIS Training Coordinator in order to arrange payment for the registered class(s). If contact is not made and payment arrangements discussed within 72 hours of registration, course registration will be cancelled.
Students will receive a refund only if AIS receives a notice of cancellation more than 15 full calendar days (not including the class start date) before the class start date.
Students may only reschedule a class to a later date if AIS receives a notice of reschedule more than 15 full calendar days (not including the class start date) before the class start date. A student can reschedule a class up to two (2) times. Additional reschedules will not be allowed.
If a student does not attend a scheduled session, there will be no refund or reschedule given. Payment is forfeited.
Student substitutions are allowed, but AIS must be notified via email no less than 2 full business days before the start of the class (not including the class start date) for Classroom deliveries and no later than 5 full business days before the start of the class (not including the class start date) for Virtual Classroom deliveries.
AIS reserves the right to change dates, courses and fees regarding their public schedule. Enrolled students will be notified.
Guaranteed to Run Policy
